Hello,

I am working on a module where there is a picklist and the request is to have the user that is picked be notified via email and assigned a task. 

I can create an email notification and assign a task through the Instant Action section under the conditions, but I am having to create a notification and task for each user in the picklist. If I use the same template for emails and tasks, the intended user is not notified as the templates do not seem to allow dynamic users or merge fields.

I am having to create individual tasks and notification templates for users in the picklist, but this is not sustainable as it requires dozens of unique notifications and tasks to be hand built so I end up with 15+ conditions.

What am I missing here?
