Assign tasks by Associated Team
How can I assign a task owner by Associated Team?
Right have a template project with 400+ Tasks. I've associated each one with the team. Then on the project layouts, I select the person from each team. I've create a workflow rule that If So-and-So is assigned as the representative from this team, they're assigned the task.
But it doesn't work. For automation to kick-off, you need to create a task or modify a task. For some reason, Zoho doesn't recognize that a task has been created when you create a new project from a template. So all 400+ tasks are unassigned.
