assigning different domain name email addresses to different users & shared drives``

I have a handful of different businesses that have different domain names. How do I assign different domains to different users. Some users will use email addresses from one domain name. Others will be assigned email addresses from more than one domain name. But I should have admin access to all businesses and also be able to set up multiple email addresses for myself for each of the businesses.

Can I do this with Zoho?

Also can i set up folders and assign permission rights to selected users (even if they are from different businesses)?
