I"m a trial customer on the PRO edition and I had a couple of questions before we decide to purchase Zoho.
Question(s):
Our go to market module relies heavily but not exclusively on referral partners that we name "affiliates". As we enter a lead, we will categorize the lead source as "affiliate" (when appropriate). We will have many leads with this categorization. There will be many leads assigned to an individual affiliate, therefore we want to add a hierarchy under "affiliate" to be able to track and report the status of leads assigned to an individual affiliates (we also have a great number of affiliates who will never merit an additional zoho license).
How do we create an additional level underneath a lead source designation (e.g. affiliate) in order to report and track the activity and progress of leads by affiliate?
To add an additional layer of reporting, some leads will have a second layer of affiliates. How do we add an added layer or designation (say, lead type: channel or direct).
I understand that we have limited capabilities to add some new fields in the trial version, but we want to make sure we understand the capabilities of zoho in this regard before purchasing the package.
