Assigning users to all projects from a specific group

Hi all!

We really need to have a possibility to assign all projects from a specific group to users. With the current design, we can't manage our projects properly - we have around 10 departments working on projects and they are grouped into 8 groups. We have around 600 active projects so it's more or less 75 projects per group.
Very often we face scenarios like these:
  1. new employee joins our team and we need to assign to him projects from 1-3 particular groups (depending on his designation)
  2. one of users/managers needs an access to projects from a specific group
  3. user is reonboarded (e.g. he switched from sales to marketing department) - then we need to assign him all marketing projects and disable all sales projects
All of mentioned situations are quite big problem for us...We have tried to overcome it but:
  1. Assigning manually 50-150 projects directly from Zoho Projects ("Users" module in each project) of course is too slow and it's not an option for us
  2. We have tried to do it via Zoho One Admin Panel but unfortunately there is absolutely no information about groups so we can find projects only basing on name of a project...Of course that's impossible aswell.


Could you help us somehow with this? Do you have this functionality on your roadmap? I have seen similar issue on this forum but it was 4 years ago :/
