We have 50+ users and do round robin allocation via imports a few times a day for a handful of leads each time (say 10 each import). This means that users at the start of the alphabet get repeated allocations but users who are at the end of the list get none.

The "round robin" allocation should remember where it finished prior and start from there moving forward so it is a perpetual ongoing "round robin" not starting over each time.
