Assistance for the Android app please

I recently switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy S6. When using the Zoho Mail app on iPhone the notifications worked perfectly. However, I cannot seem to set up the notifications on the new Android device. I have followed the instructions and have the notifications allowed via settings but do not get any notifications. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

In case it is relevant, I have both gmail and outlook already configured and receive notifications for both of those. It's just the Zoho that isn't working.
