Assistance on time based actions

Hi Zoho team,
Would just like to ask for assistance as i have created a time based action that aims to set the status of a ticket from "Closed (Auto)" to "Closed" after 24 hours (working hours 8hrs per weekday)

However, it seems to not affect the sample ticket i have created way back
