Assistance with Disabling or Customizing Automated Email for Online Bookings
Hello Zoho Support Team,
When using Zoho CRM’s online booking feature, an automatic email is sent to clients from noreply@zohocrmbookings.com after they schedule. Currently, this email is unbranded, and I’d like to either disable it or customize its design, wording, and sender details to better reflect our brand.
Could you please advise on how to either disable this automatic email or modify it to suit our requirements?
