Associate 3rd party senders to a Contact or Lead?

We receive a lot of emails associated with leads and contacts from other senders- third party vendors, forwarded emails etc. that do not have the Lead/Contacts email as the "sender" but that we want to link to a specific record. This is a huge part of our business and our interactions with customers. The outlook plugin will only work if a Lead/Contact is the sender.

How am I am able to forward or associate an email to a Lead or Contact in my Zoho Data base from another sender?Pipedrive would create a BCC for every Lead/Contact. You could then send any emails to the associated customer BCC and it would be added to their record.

Does such a feature exist in Zoho?
