Is there any way to associate a contact at a parent account directly with a member account? This really comes into play when dealing with marketing agencies with several employees who handle several accounts.
For example, let's say I want to find the agency contact for Starbucks, so I search "Starbucks". I see Spark and click that. Spark is the parent account for Starbucks - perfect.
Except who do I contact at Spark? Who handles the Starbucks account? I see 15 different Related Contacts.
It would be ideal if the Starbucks record showed the agency contact at Spark that handles the Starbucks account. (in other words, the member account showed the parent account's contact associated with it)
