I can manually associate phone calls with accounts, but the same cannot be done with emails. A fix for this needs to happen ASAP.
Here is an example:
Attorney John Doe sends me three emails. The first one is regarding Tom, the second one is regarding Dick, and the third one is in regards to Harry. I need to be able to associate each of the emails to the respective accounts for Tom, Dick, and Harry,

The Associate Email API can be used to associate emails with record entities in Zoho CRM. This API is supported in many modules including Accounts. Please find the help document below.
