Associate existing zoho projects task with a ticket

The new functionality zoho projects-desk works fine. We can create task from a ticket. Can we create ticket from a task? We use the ticket as communication portal with our clients and works perfect. the problem is when we want to say something to a client for a work we have to create a new ticket. And then we can not link the ticket to existing TASK.

So i suggest:
  1. bellow "Create Task" to Add a "Link task" option (see image 1)
  2. in a zoho projects task to be able to Add Ticket & Link Ticket (see image 2)
If it is very very difficult to add the new Ticket from Task i think that the Link Ticket & Link Task only will fix the problem. This way we will able to link existing tasks and tickets
