I've switched a client over from the Zoho Sign CRM extension to the mail merge functionality from Zoho Writer.

Everything works beautifully, but completed documents are added to WorkDrive but AREN'T added to any the corresponding CRM records (Accounts, Contacts, or Deals).

Is there any way we can make that happen?
