I'm setting up a couple clients for Web-to-Lead forms. Since there is no way to automatically add them to a specific campaign, we've added a field that they can use to manually/visually associate the new lead to an existing campaign.
However, I cannot seem to find a way to add that new field to the Approve Lead "page". The fields I can see are below, how can I add the new field?
It's almost like Campaigns are a separate entity in CRM - not easily integrated with Contacts or Leads.

Company
Phone
Email
Lead Status
Country
Created Time
Lead Owner
