Associated Candidates in List View
Hello All,
In the Job Orders list view there is a filed "Number of Associated Candidates". This field is misleading. It does not accurately show how many candidates are active in the job. Once we change the candidate status to "Stopped" for one reason or another, that candidate should no longer show in this list number. We have job orders that show there are 7 active candidates in the job in list view, but when you go into the job all of those candidates are stopped. Many recruiters ignore these job orders as it looks on the surface level that there are many active candidates in the job, when in reality there are none. Fixing this number to accurately reflect candidates who are in an active status would provide much value to the system. I can submit screen shots if needed.
