Hi - my apologies if this has been asked before but I've been looking around trying to find an answer to this confusing topic. 

I invariably only look at Deals within my CRM. I rarely go to Accounts or Contacts etc. I really only ever open the Deal objects. 

I'm looking at Zoho having been using Hubspot for a while. In Hubspot I create a Deal and can then associate either an Account or one or more Contacts to that deal. I associate a bunch of Contacts to the new Deal and all email that has been associated with any of those Contacts then shows up when I look at the Deal. In reality we really only have one Deal per Account live at any one time. 

Does Zoho have this ability? I really hope so, otherwise this is going to be a very quick trial! I see GMail extensions and IMAP integrations but it's all generally confusing.
