Hello-
We have a use case that comes up from time to time where an independent contractor purchases our services on behalf of multiple companies that we do business with. However, that contractor does all of their business using a single email address, regardless of who they are working for.
So, for example:
An opportunity was generated last week for Jane Smith (jsmith@test.com) for work to do be done with ABC, Inc.
An opportunity is received today for Jane Smith (jsmith@test.com) for work to be done for DEF, Inc.
Does anybody else face this use case and, if so, how are you handling that within the CRM since you can't have multiple contacts with the same email address and you can't associate a single contact with multiple accounts?
