Associating Imported contacts with imported accounts

Hi,
I have two separate .csv files: accounts and contacts.
Both were linked in the old database using an account ID.

The accounts file imports correctly, but when I import the contacts file they import as orphaned contacts (i.e. not associated with any account). How do I link contacts to accounts?
