Most of the times, I have more than one contact associated to a deal. However, CRM allows me to associate only one contact, which makes it hard for me to follow-up on emails related to this particular deal. What i do know is I create a Label in Gmail and add all the email conversatoins related to this deal under the particular Label. I think CRM should address and solve this issue.
