Asterisk Integration

I'm currently in a test period and would like to see, if we can integrate our Asterisk server.

First, it says, that it only works with Zoho CRM.

Second, I get an error message:

Asterisk1.4 PhoneBridge

Is is possible at all? if so, how to do it? I'm completely lost here.
