I am new in Zoho and I am trying to move all of my business activities from outlook and excel to the zoho crm and mail suit.

I was wondering if i could attach a file that i have created in zoho docs (such as a sheet file where i can calculate an offer to a client) and then save this directly to the lead or the potential that i have created in the crm.
