Attach constantly used file to emails

I now have a tweaked version of the Quote Template working and it's awesome now. I am now just emailing the PDF directly from Zoho to the customer so that they can get the contract and sign it for us.

There is one catch, I also attach a PDF called a "Master Services Agreement" which is a 6 page Legal Jargon and Offerings doc that does not change. I have to constantly browse for the document on my computer and when I upload it, it renames the file to D__Documents_Master_Services_Agreement.pdf because of where I got the file from D:\Documents.
Is there a way to put that file in Zoho somewhere and just reference it consistently for all the contracts I send out?
