Attach Documents to Records in Accounts Module

Hello everyone,

I'm having a bit of trouble with attaching documents to records, specifically in the 'Accounts' module (which displays as 'Stores' in our CRM).  When I select a record in the 'Accounts' module, I do not have an option to attach a document to the record.  I am able to attach documents in the 'Leads,' 'Potentials,' and 'Contacts' modules without issue, but not in 'Accounts.'  Is this intentional, or is feature associated with a specific version?  Any help is appreciated.
