Attach Email to Case

Attach Email to Case

We use Zoho CRM with Google Apps and my regular email client is straight Gmail (no outlook).   When we open a service ticket using cases, I can't find a way to attach / link the customer's email to the case.   I don't want to attach it to the contact.  It's only relevant to the case?    Is there a way to do this that I'm not understanding?  Thanks.  Brad
