My company handles thousands of documents and photos, sometimes hundreds for a single Potential (we call them "Jobs").  We've tried Zoho Docs, and Google Drive to manage documents in CRM, but attaching dozens of individual files to a Potential is extremely time consuming, and they can only be previewed one at a time.  I created a custom field that we copy & paste a quick link address into to access files related to the Job in Google Drive.

Would it be possible to add a hyperlink that can be edited to link to a cloud storage file (like Google Drive)?  Place the hyperlink next to the other document links for easy access.  Or allow us to attach a file folder to a Potential that can be opened in a popup window?
