Attachements

If I dowload a zoho file and after that try to attach it to an account a message appears:
Sory, error in url direction.
I have worked it with xp and linux operative systems with the same results.
Besides that, the posibilty to open a file with zoho is only in xp operative system and it is not in linux. Why?
