Can you explain how to attach a photo (or any pdf/jpeg/xls etc) to a record.?

I presume this facility is not available.

If not when could this be added?

While the upload function is useful, it does not really add value over other cloud storage systems, such as dropbox. Most companies are well entrenched with these services, so to make a diff Zoho needs to add further value. When in a record (such as an account) it would be exceptionally valuable to be able to be able to see/access the attached files.
