I'm having trouble attaching images to file attachment fields from the mobile app. When I select an image to attach from my library on my apple device using the latest version of the app and IOS the file attaches instantly, but when I try to open that image from the desktop crm client the image does not display and trying to download it results in an error message that the file is corrupted. I think the mobile app is not uploading the image, maybe because its too large, but no warning on the upload. Please advise.
An screenshot is attached showing the preview of an image. The image preview never loads but the file thumbnail preview is shown. The files are like 6mb from the phone unfortunately so its probably a file size issue, but would be nice to get some kind of logic to gracefully report that the image is to large if that is the case instead of accepting the file attachment.
