We've been using Recruit and CRM the most and for the most part, they have been awesome. In Recruit, when we upload to the Attachment section, we would have the option to customize the Attachment Category of the file we're uploading. We're free to create as much as Attachment Category as we like. This simplifies our process as we know which is which.

I just hope that Zoho CRM can emulate this as well. 

Then, to go further, maybe allow the Attachment to be included as a merge tag in email templates so that it would be easier for us to email people with the attachments. This will surely put Zoho CRM above other competitors, hands down.

p/s: The workaround is just tedious; uploading to Workdrive/Google Drive/Any other Drive, creating an external URL and copy-pasting it in a custom field in CRM only to use it as a merge tag in email bodies. Plus, it doesn't spell convenience at all, having to go through all that.
