When I add a document via my google drive, it is impossible to preview it. I get the error “Files without extensions cannot be previewed. Download to view this file”.

Could you please help me?

Also, and this is more of a question: is there a way to write directly to the file imported into Zoho, and have it update directly in your google drive?
