Hello All:
When attaching files from WorkDrive to the CRM it would be helpful to have a Filter by option with the All Locations filter so you can filter the search by the location of the file. We have several Team Folders where the sub-folder names are exact. You have to access each sub-folder to see if your attachment is located in that sub-folder. If we were able to see which Team Folder (location) the sub-folder is located when attaching, we wouldn't have to click into several sub-folders to find the attachment.
Recent Files works but we do need to attach files that don't qualify as "recent".
Example:
Team Folder is Contracts and Sub-Folder is ABC Corporations Inc.
Team Folder is Accounts and Sub-Folder is ABC Corporations Inc.
Team Folder is Deals and Sub-Folder is ABC Corporations Inc.
Search for ABC Corporations Inc. but which one are we actually accessing? Contracts, Accounts or Deals? We don't know until we click into the sub-folder. Please see screen clipping of the WorkDrive Filter by All Locations option.
