Attachment showing Zero bytes when save

Attachment showing Zero bytes when save

I have a few email with pdf attachment and when I try to view or save it, It will always shows up as Zero bytes and won't download.  I try to forward it to another email and it does the same and won't download.  Please help

The first 4 to five email inside the License/FG folder isn't working
