I receive emails with images daily. About 4 or 5 days ago, new images were no longer being added to the Attachment Viewer and I have 8 images stuck in the attachment viewer that I cannot delete and have never been removed even though those email messages have long been deleted. I have not made any changes to the settings. When I go into the Attachment Viewer, there used to be a link for "Show All." That link is no longer there.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I have done the following:
1) I confirmed the settng for "Load External Images" was set to "Always"
2) I deleted all email from my inbox and trash.
3) I tried using a diferent browser.
4) I logged off and logged back on.
5) I deleted all cookies, cache, and temp files.
I don't think this problem is on my side. I believe there is something wrong with the Attachment Viewer or there's something wrong with my account. Can you check it out? Thanks!
