I like the Attachments feature in Zoho CRM on the left side of the screen in Related Lists.
I use it to add URLs/links to Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Cases, etc. I find it very very useful.
In Projects I don't find a similar feature. I see where I can attach docs, but am forced to add it to a folder for docs, spreadsheets, pdfs, etc.
I don't understand why it is designed this way. It seems clunky and arbitrary.
It also seems inconsistent with the other apps.
Can anyone enlighten me??
Will Zoho add a similar feature to allow me to attach URLs/links in Projects?
Is there a workaround?
