I have a big issue, we created some templates that we wanted to personalize for each deal and we added to these templates two attachments for each, but when editing the template, we loose the attachments, they are here when i send the email but they are no longer there when the email is received and when i look at the sent email just minutes after. This is really bad, my customers will think we are really unprofessional...
