In an effort to improve our products and services and to meet the standards of the emerging technologies, we're doing away with Ticket-based authentication and instead introducing Auth Tokens for all our Plug-ins and Mobile Apps. With this secure and user-friendly change, you don't have to regenerate your Ticket every 7 days!

What to do?
- MS Office and MS Outlook Users: Download the latest Zoho CRM Plug-ins for MS Office and MS Outlook.
- iOS and Android Native Apps Users: Upgrade to the latest version of the native app.
- BlackBerry Native Apps Users: We will keep you updated on the latest version of the BlackBerry native app in this forum.
- QuickBooks Users: In the QuickBooks Web Connector, replace the password with the Auth Token. For details, refer to the Online Help.

When to do?
We will discontinue Ticket based authentication after January 15, 2014. We recommend you to get the latest version of the plug-ins and apps for uninterrupted access. If you need assistance, do write to us at support@zohocrm.com
