We had a webinar about a week ago and when I retrieved the recording, I realized the audio and video were out of sync. It was odd because it seemed to go back and forth with some spots lining up and some not.
I glanced at some of our previous webinars to see if they had the same issue and they do not, so I chalked it up to a fluke.
Today, one of my team members sent me a recording from Zoho Meeting. Her audio and video were out of sync too.
I’ve now gone though every webinar and meeting we have recordings from for about the past two months and everything from the past month has the same sync issue.
To be clear, this is multiple users on multiple devices, all in different places. There was no sync issue for any of them previously.
Since the only commonality between users is that we’re all using Zoho Meetings/ Zoho Webinar to record, I can only surmise there’s something wrong with your recording, tool, or server.
