For example, I'd like to be able to look at a lead and see the trail of record changes (including field updates and emails) to get an idea of the life cycle of that particular lead. This way I could get a better idea of how each salesperson progressed and how the lead developed.

I have Zoho Mail enabled so I'm able to see the emails, but I'd like to see the actual day to day progress and development.

I guess put this in as a feature request... Thanks!
