autentication failed verify user and password

autentication failed verify user and password

i have a problem because with same parameters on outlook 2 of 5 acounts don´t work, and says Enter your user name and password at POP SERVER and SMTP SERVER, i dont know how can work perfectly 3 acounts and this  not, if have the same domain, ports and security.

I expect somebody can helpme
