Authentication Failed

Hi. We registered new domain centr-zory.com.ua whith free plain today and we try make send email using smtp.zoho.com (SSL, 465) and we got error smtplib.SMTPAuthenticationError: (535, 'Authentication Failed'), but via you web-mail client auth is successful, can you help us?
