I've previously had an exchange connection fully working from my android smartphone however it stopped working a short while ago.

I've since made do with the zoho mail app as a temporary measure however I need to utilise all of the activesync features to sync contacts etc.

I've double and triple checked all settings and credentials but to no avail - when I try to set up the account it simply states that 'Setup could not finish. Authentication Failed.'

Any help on this would be much appreciated.
