Authentication problem with Zoho Mail

Authentication problem with Zoho Mail


Hello,

I have a problem sending emails through Zoho SMTP and I have send two requests to Zoho support more than a week ago with no answer from Zoho Support.

Can someone advice me please?

I have a hardware device that can send email for specific events from itself or from its management software.  And I tried to configure it to send through Zoho SMTP with no success.   I have no problem sending emails from email clients.

In that hardware device, I select SMTP options as the attached image




If I try to send from its management software ,  I select the following options:



In either cases,  the server responds with:  MAIL FROM failed: '550 User not authenticated

Is there any options in Zoho mail that can allow this device.  And as I said I do not have problems when sending from a mail client or from mobile phone.
