Authorization Request for Access Token Problem

Authorization Request for Access Token Problem

I have been trying to create a request for an authorization so I could get an access token but whenever I go to the site, I am greeted by this,

even though I have my cookies enabled on both my Chrome browser and Mozilla Firefox browser. I followed the instructions given and gave the request as a POST but I can't get in. The scope I used is zohobookings.data.CREATE.  Do I have another way of getting that authorization request or did I do my coding wrong?
