Auto accept incoming service queue requests

Auto accept incoming service queue requests

Is it possible to automatically accept incoming requests to the service queue? 
Currently we are using Teamviewer as our main remote support tool and the Teamviewer quick support tool allows our customers to run the support tool, send us the session ID and walk away from the computer. 
We would like to start using Zoho Assist as our main support tool but we are unable to replicate this process using the service queue. 
With Zoho assist the customer has to enter the service queue and then wait for one of our technicians to accept the connection before then can proceed to download and confirm the session on their end. 
It would be nice if I could pick an already established session out of the queue so the customer doesn't have to stay at the computer waiting for me to accept the session.
Sometimes our customers will start a Teamviewer quick support session just before they leave for lunch so we can pick up the session and work on their computer while they are away which is something they cannot do with Zoho Assist unless we are immediately available to accept the session.
