I.E.

2 agents will get leads via round robin but there are some states that are not covered by both so those leads need to skip whoever is next in round robin and auto assign to next agent.

Assume all states have both agent except:

Agent 1 only MT, ND, NE, KS,NM, LA.WI,MI NY

Agent 2 only OR, NV, ID, AZ, UT, MO, AR, NJ, DE, CT

On related topic when lead enters system I need to have it auto assigned staus as "New Lead", Welcome e-mail sent, and notification email sent to agent assigned.

Can I do all this?
