There has to be a setting to change the fact that when a message is displayed, the software automatically
switches the message from bold "unread" to non-bold "read" status.
In Outlook, there's a setting to give the reader a minute (or two) before the message is marked as "read".
I'm constantly having to mark "read" messages are "unread".....doing this daily!
Please give me some guidance on this.
I can't be the only one that has a problem with it.
