Auto-completing task when an entry is made into a Custom Module.

So right now this is what happens:

When a Sales Rep enters the info of a client into the "Clients" module, a blueprint is run that automatically assigns that sales rep a task to visit that client. 

Our sales reps log their meetings in a module called "Client Meetings". 

What we want to do is make it so that once a Sales Rep logs a meeting into the "Client Meetings" module, the task assigned from the blueprint (that relates to that client) is automatically completed too. This is to keep the list of tasks clean without much intervention needed on the part of the sales reps. 

Somehow it seems like there's no straightforward way to do this on Zoho CRM. I figure someone else has to have attempted to do something like this before.
