Auto Contact Creation From Email Doesn't Pick Up The Name

Auto Contact Creation From Email Doesn't Pick Up The Name

Hi,

I'm trying to create contact in CRM automatically when receiving an email. I'm using the Workflow Automation and set it up following https://www.zoho.com/salesinbox/help/zoho-crm/web/email-workflow.html

Basically, I just want after receiving the email, a contact would be created automatically in CRM with the names (first name and last name into the right field respectively) and email address.

However, CRM doesn't pick up the names properly from the emails, which makes the whole automation useless and even more chaos than before because I have to go to Contact and change all the names. What the auto creation did is to create the contact and put the email address as the contact name (last name specifically in my case because it's the compulsory field) instead of picking the names from emails' senders.

I realized that senders' names were picked up in SalesInbox from the emails I used to receive (which are not in CRM or in my own email contacts book) (However, it still put "FirstName LastName" both into the LastName field if I'm creating the contact manually by clicking the Add Contact button). But after setting up the auto creation, the senders' names are now the addresses instead of real names.

Do we have a way to pick up the names properly from the email senders? This is really important to make the automation actually works.
