Our company imports and exports large container loads of products. 

These products are generally not put in inventory, but are rather delivered straight to a manufacturing customer.

I am moving our department away from our old custom system and invoice system.

Our system involves a series of repeated steps for each container which require doing in succession, as well as uploading and keeping compliance records/documents at certain stages in the process.

I would like to see if zoho projects can automate the project creation page.

e.g Create a project number/description in Zoho and have it create x sub-projects for each container load. We can then autoload the task list for imports into each project

e.g Contract number 10000(10) / Product x to Customer y creates 10 sub projects

Sub Project 10000-01 / Product x to Customery y

Sub Project 10000-02 / Product x to customer y

Each of the sub projects for us would be a container delivery
